1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our location in Paris, France.

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and French national holidays) after we receive your payment confirmation.
  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods, such as holidays, major sales events, or product launches, processing times may extend to 3 to 5 business days.
  • Order Modifications: If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please email us immediately at breezep@theateliermontgallet.com. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, no modifications can be made.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable courier services (including La Poste, Chronopost, DHL, and FedEx) to offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

A. Domestic Shipping (Within France)

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days.

B. European Union (EU) Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2 to 4 business days.

C. International Shipping (Rest of the World)

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carriers and are not strictly guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.


3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal.

Tracking information usually updates within 24 to 48 hours after shipment. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at breezep@theateliermontgallet.com with your order number.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Atelier Montgallet operates from Paris, France. The handling of import fees depends entirely on your delivery location:

  • Orders within France and the European Union: Prices include French Value Added Tax (VAT). There are no additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
  • International Orders (Outside the EU): Your order may be subject to import duties, customs tariffs, and local taxes levied by the destination country. All charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the buyer / recipient. Atelier Montgallet has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for further information.

If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the package will be returned to us. In this case, the original shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted from your final product refund.


5. Wrong Address and Delivery Failures

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate and includes all necessary details (such as apartment number, suite, or building code).

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or because it went unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
  • Stolen or Missing Packages: Atelier Montgallet is not responsible for packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier but are claimed to be missing or stolen. We advise you to ship to a secure location or request signature delivery if you have concerns about package safety.

6. Damages and Lost Items in Transit

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or gets lost during transit, please follow these guidelines:

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives visibly damaged or open, document it immediately. Take clear photos of the external packaging and the damaged contents. Contact our customer service team at breezep@theateliermontgallet.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, as the carrier may require an inspection.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking link shows no movement for more than 10 business days (international) or 5 business days (domestic), please contact us so we can file an official inquiry with the shipping provider.
